Howard Public Library
The Howard Public Library is located on the north side of the Howard Municipal Building (corner of Main Street & Farmer).
Services at the Howard Library are supported by Howard City taxes and are free to all residents of Miner County.
Services and Features of the Library

Mon. & Thurs.: 2:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Tues., Wed., & Fri.: 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Sat.: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
**Due to Covid-19, the Library will only be open on Monday and Thursday's only from 2:30 - 6:30 pm.**
